Terms of service

  • Commissions are not first come, first serve
     

  • Do not claim, copy, trace, or redistribute my work without my given permission. This includes modifying any parts of a model I have made.
     

  • These Commissions are Non-Commercial/Personal use only. (For commercial use contact me via email/Twitter DMs and must be specified.)
     

  • You may crop/edit to be used as icon or background but please give credit if possible.
     

  • Credit must be given If posted on your personal sites, blogs, etc.
     

  • I may live stream/post commissions on twitter, etc. unless requested to be private.
     

  • Please specify if your commission(s) need to be done by a certain date, extra charge will be included.
     

  • Updates will be given after a stage of the commission is done, please do not rush or ask
    frequent updates.
     

  • NO REFUNDS unless I am unable to work on your commission for any reason, or if I take longer than 2 months and have not started sketching it.
     

  • I reserve the right to reject your commission if I feel I can't do a good job on it.
     

  • Fully written descriptions may be rejected as well, unless charged extra for character creation.
     

  • Extra charges may be included depending on details/complexity of design.
     

  • Any major/multiple changes (such as posing, whole outfit, etc.) after the sketch has been approved will be subject to extra charges. Please confirm all revisions BEFORE approving the sketch.
     

  • Rules, prices, and style are subject to change over time

Commission Process

  • After your form has been approved, a message will be sent to you via email.
     

  • Once half payment has been received, I will start working on your commission.
     

  • A sketch will be sent for changes and approval.
    Any major revisions after approval will be subject to extra charges.
     

  • You will be sent a message/email when the product is finished.
     

  • The final product will be sent to you once finished and when full payment has been received.
     

  • 3D models will be sent in a VRM and vroid file. The vroid file is in case the vrm gets corrupted or if you wish to change clothes. But it is not allowed to modify any of my textures as it would go against my Terms of Services.

Commission Updates

  • There will usually be 2 updates that will be given for art and streaming elements commissions:
    Sketch for approval.
    Finished product.
     

  • Updates for Vroid models will be in 3 parts
    The face
    The hair
    The clothes/Finished product
     

  • If you want updates in-between these intervals, feel free to message me and I will get back to you ASAP. However, DO NOT ask me about the progress too frequently (Ex.Weekly Updates) ESPECIALLY if there is no set deadline. Frequent updates are ONLY allowed when it is rushed work/short deadline.
